Easy Chocolate Fudge 2 1/2 c Sugar
5 oz Evaporated milk
1/2 c Butter
7 oz Marshmallow cream (2 cups)
1/4 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla
12 oz Semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c Walnuts, chopped
In a large sauce pan, combine sugar, milk, butter, and salt.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, then continue boiling slowly for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and marshmallow cream. Blend until smooth.
Stir in vanilla and chopped walnuts.
Pour into buttered 13x9 inch pan.
Cool at room temperature.
Makes approximate 3 lbs, or 48 pieces.
